Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Skills

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional finance qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
