Finance Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the Group CFO
Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company
Planning and coordinating annual audits and tax filing, resolving audit findings
Ensuring financial controls and compliance and submission deadlines
Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers
Enforcing policies and procedures that keep the company in compliance with financial regulations

Key Skills &Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
Minimum 8 years of accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, group consolidation, tax and audit etc, preferably 1-2 years in a managing small teams (e.g. 2-5 persons)
Strong knowledge of IFRS (preferred) and SFRS and accounting for financial instruments and products
Exposure in financial services preferred
Proficient in financial reporting and advanced Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
