Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models and analyses across revenues, costs, and funding requirements.
Support development of revenue streams, pricing logic, and business cases for city services.
Conduct economic and financial analysis, including benchmarking, cost structures, and impact assessments.
Support definition of funding requirements and phasing, including scenario analysis.
Provide financial inputs into strategy, operating model, and business planning.
Track and validate assumptions, data inputs, and methodologies across workstreams.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure consistency of financial outputs.
Support high-level design of finance governance, system and data requirement planning, including inputs on data structures, reporting processes, and system needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business planning, or corporate finance within complex organizations or large-scale development projects.
6+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, consulting, or economic analysis.
