Job Description:

• Provide Strategic Financial Leadership And Guidance To Ensure The Company's Financial Stability And Growth.
• Lead, Mentor, And Develop A Team Of Finance Professionals, Fostering A Collaborative And High-performance Work Environment.
• Oversee Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis To Support Business Decisions And Long-term Planning.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Big4 experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting & management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
