As a Finance Senior Specialist – FP&A Operations, you will provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for Corporate functions, a business unit, or a P&L organization. You will apply advanced financial methodologies and analytical approaches to support operational and strategic decisions, drive profitability improvements, and enhance cash generation across the organization.

As a Finance Senior Specialist – FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the business cycle, including 3‑year strategic plans, annual budgets, and periodic forecasts across all levels of the organization.
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure performance across Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commissioning functions.
  • Analyzing business and operational performance and recommending action plans to improve profitability and cash generation.
  • Developing corrective action plans to address performance gaps and business risks.
  • Advising functional managers and stakeholders on FP&A approaches, processes, and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and business leaders regarding financial methodologies and approaches for solving complex business challenges.
  • Leading medium‑sized projects or serving as a key contributor to larger cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Supporting work objectives that typically require 3–6 months to complete, with results and impact realized over a 2–12 month timeframe.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
    (or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
  • Bring a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Be capable of leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate effective problem‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bring proven analytical and organizational abilities.
