Own key parts of the monthly close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting support. Help build audit-ready processes and contribute to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own key components of the monthly close
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform flux analysis and variance commentary
• Manage intercompany transactions
• Support financial reporting
• Build audit-ready processes
• Contribute to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes

Requirements

• Hands-on full-cycle close experience
• Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment preferred
• Experience building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
• CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification, active or in progress
• Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
• Experience with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation preferred
