FINANCIAL MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY)
• Up to $10,000 Basic Salary + Bonuses
• 45 years Reputable Construction Company
• Working location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with project team & HR dept on project funding requirement and work out monthly cash flow & quarterly rolling forecast to plan for financial needs
- Analyse & review budget with QS Manager & HR Manager on quarterly, half yearly and yearly
- Plan & organized foreign currencies requirement & monitor forex movements with forex procurement plan so as to ensure group’s forex exposure risk is minimized
- Coordinate with Corp Sec, bankers, insurance companies, & other regulatory bodies
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
Requirement:
- At least a Diploma in Finance or related
- At least 10 years; of finance experience
- Experience in the Construction industry
- Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
