Financial Manager
Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational finance across multiple business units. The role partners with finance, operations, product, management, and leadership teams to support decision-making, financial transparency, and efficient resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
- Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes.
- Support tax, compliance, payroll tax, audit, and accounting activities.
- Monitor budgets, spending, financial performance, vendor payments, contracts, and recurring expenses.
- Manage payment requests, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and payment scheduling.
- Partner with business leaders on planning, decision-making, financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Control, or a similar role.
- Understanding of US taxation, financial reporting, and business operations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Experience preparing management reports and supporting month-end close processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Professional English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Experience with BI tools, multi-entity or international businesses, and unit economics is beneficial.
