Financial Operations Specialist

• Settlement and reconciliation: Managing settlements for 5G, Elias, Value, and Petro trade. Reconciling transactions with partners such as Bee, Momken, Egy pay, Aman, and Fawry…… etc
  
• Reconciliation of billers: Managing reconciliation for Orange, Khales, CNE, One card, and Tadamon …….etc. Ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions.
  
• Communication and coordination: Handling all incoming emails, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborating with internal departments to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Daily reporting: Extracting reports from billers and partners and providing a daily summary of financial operations.
  
• Refund transactions: Taking necessary actions on refund transactions, investigating issues, and resolving disputes.
  
• Transaction management: Uploading transactions on the system, handling timeout transactions, and addressing transactions not received.
  
• Voucher management: Managing vouchers, whether used or available. Uploading available vouchers.
  
• Ticket management: Investigating and closing tickets on the CRM system. Investigating and canceling duplicated transactions that have been paid twice by mistake.
  
• Process enhancement: Continuously improving operational tasks and developing efficient processes within a short timeframe.
  
• Reconciliation and cash management: Reconciling all billers offline and online. Managing cash in and out of the wallet, including handling pending transactions.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 2 years. (Fin-tech or Banking industries are preferred)
  
• Education level: Bachelor's degree.
