Financial Systems Administrator (Sr. Exp)

Working at the intersection of finance, technology, and business transformation, you will administer and optimize key financial applications, ensure the integrity and security of financial data, and drive seamless integrations across enterprise platforms. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer financial systems (performance, security, data integrity).
• Configure workflows, business rules, and user access.
• Manage updates, patches, releases, and documentation.
• Design and support integration between financial and enterprise apps.
• Monitor data flows, interfaces, and APIs Reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Internal controls, audit compliance, and access controls.
• Working directly with Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and accounting stakeholders.
• Understanding business requirements and transforming them into reports, dashboards, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Administering financial applications rather than merely supporting technology.
• Leveraging automation, scripting, AI, and reporting tools when appropriate.
• Driving improvements and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize systems and processes.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related.
• 3–7+ yrs supporting financial systems.
• English and Spanish at least B2/C1, written and spoken - mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GL, FP&A, expense management.
• System administration, configuration, integration (APIs, middleware) experience.
• Knowledge in Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Concur, Power BI/Tableau, SQL is desired.
• A valid visa is required due to the travel requirements of the role.
