Financial Tele Sales
We’re looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our Telesales Team. No telesales experience? No problem — full training and call scripts will be provided!
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Speak with potential clients and introduce our services based on the provided script
- Follow up with interested leads and arrange appointments for the manager
- Build good rapport and communicate confidently with different types of customers
- Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointment schedules
- Update daily call activity and share feedback on customer responses
- Support the team with general telesales and customer engagement activities

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma, GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent qualification preferred
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Responsible, motivated and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds
- Able to work independently while being a good team player
