FinOps Analyst

Manage day-to-day fiat and crypto treasury operations, including payments, reconciliations, invoice collection, pre-accounting, reporting, cash and token positions, and finance process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and reconcile fiat and crypto payments using Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools.
• Track, collect, and organize vendor invoices across teams.
• Update monthly pre-accounting in Pennylane and Cryptio.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with external accountants.
• Refresh P&L, cash burn, reporting, and forecast materials.
• Monitor and rebalance cash and token positions across wallets and accounts.
• Implement process improvements in payments, tooling, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or pre-accounting in a fast-growing environment.
• Hands-on experience with external accountants and monthly close routines.
• Proficiency with Pennylane, Cryptio, Notion, and Excel.
• Familiarity with crypto fundamentals.
• Meticulous and rigorous record keeping and reconciliation practices.
