Fire Safety Manager / Technical Facilities Executive (Islandwide)
Key Responsibilities
Carry out statutory duties and responsibilities as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
Support the smooth running of daily facilities operations and maintenance activities.
Conduct regular fire safety inspections, assessments and compliance checks.
Assist in coordinating and responding to emergency and operational incidents.
Support the preparation of work proposals, reports and related documentation.
Coordinate maintenance, repair and rectification works with contractors and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Must be a Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations or fire safety.
