Cherokee Town & Country Club, one of the nation’s premier private clubs, is seeking a Fitness Hospitality & Events Manager to join our Family, Swim & Fitness team.

Connect Hospitality & Wellness — Help create a seamless experience across front desk operations, wellness programming, events, massage, and spa services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead front desk and member reception operations for Fitness & Wellness while upholding Cherokee’s hospitality standards.
- Develop service training and SOPs, resolve member concerns, monitor feedback, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the member experience.
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate Front Desk, Fitness Event, Massage, and Spa staff.
- Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure accurate appointment and reservation scheduling.
- Plan and execute year-round department events, including timelines, logistics, staffing, vendors, registrations, budgets, and internal promotion.
- Coordinate massage and esthetician scheduling while ensuring established spa standards are maintained.
- Assist with the development and promotion of wellness packages.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance management while fostering teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and hospitality.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training and assist with hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and developing future leaders.
- Assist with departmental budgets and monitor labor, costs, event profitability, and performance metrics.
- Prepare hospitality, programming, and member engagement reports and recommend opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
- Maintain strong communication across the department and support additional operational needs as assigned.
