Fleet Operation Manager

Responsibilities:Overall in charge of all Fleet Operations.
To execute fleet management and administration functions to optimise fleet usages and movements.
Responsible for running daily operations.
To continuously drive for operational improvement and efficiency constantly looking for cost reduction / efficiency in all areas of fleet operations.
Capable of resolving escalated issues from operations and coordinating with other departments.
Manage company's fleet of trucks and delivery/operations personnel team.
Manage companys vehicle purchase, sales agreements and vehicles registration administrative processes.
Ensure vehicles are constantly maintained in peak operating conditions.
Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 5 years of fleet management or transport industry experience.
Knowledge of transport management system.
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy and attention to details.
