Floor Manager

The Floor Manager provides day-to-day leadership and operational support to Team Leads, ensuring effective workflow distribution, clear communication, and consistent execution across the organization. This role partners closely with Quality Assurance, Performance Development, and Client Relations to monitor performance, support coaching initiatives, and ensure service standards are met in a fast-paced call center environment.
