Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and special events, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
• Develop and execute F&B strategies in alignment with the hotel's overall goals to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving guest concerns, and innovating the F&B offerings
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B professionals through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Requirement

• 10 years experience as F&B Manager with portfolio working in 5-star hotel or similar luxurious environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost management, and quality control
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
