Food Court Manager

Job Description

• Oversee daily full food court outlet operations, ensure smooth daily business flow during operating hours
• Manage outlet staff including cleaner, cashier and service crew, arrange daily work shifts and duty allocation
• Monitor food quality, service standard, kitchen hygiene and halal compliance for all F&B items
• Handle daily inventory checking, stock replenishment, ingredient ordering and cost control
• Resolve customer feedback, complaints and on-site operational issues promptly
• Ensure full compliance with SFA food safety regulations and company standard operating procedures
• Assist in daily sales monitoring, simple report collation and outlet performance management

Job Requirements

• Prior F&B / food court supervisory or management experience is required
• Able to manage team, arrange manpower and handle daily operational pressure
• Familiar with local F&B hygiene standards, halal operation rules is an advantage
• Good communication skills, responsible, proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Able to work long operating hours and work on weekends/peak periods
• Immediate start or short notice is highly preferred

Working Terms & Salary

• Employment Mode: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day
• Rest Day: Weekly single day off
• Full-Time Monthly Salary: SGD 3200 – 3800 (based on working experience)
• CPF contribution for eligible full-time employees
