Footwear Designer

Position Title: Footwear Designer Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 14,000 depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands Job Description: • Create detailed footwear tech packs covering design sketches, materials, construction, components, colors, sizing, measurements, and production specifications. • Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and product development teams to ensure designs are accurately executed. Review samples and prototypes, provide technical feedback, and make necessary design adjustments. • Research footwear trends, materials, colors, silhouettes, and construction techniques. Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation throughout the product development process. • Ensure the final product meets the approved design, quality, fit, construction, and material specifications.

• Female, aged 38 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field, with proven experience as a Footwear Designer within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands. • Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, components, and manufacturing processes, with hands-on experience creating detailed footwear tech packs. • Strong understanding of footwear sizing, measurements, grading, and specifications, with the ability to produce detailed sketches and technical drawings.
