Ford Parts Counter Sales Job Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Accurately identify and source Ford parts using catalog and dealership systems
- Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
- Maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-focused
- Meet individual and team sales goals
