Foreign Military Sales Analyst - Journeyman (Secret Clearance Required)
ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA. The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst (Journeyman) will provide program management and analytical support for FMS and security cooperation programs. The selected candidate will support case analysis, program tracking, and coordination activities to ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy policies and lifecycle management processes. The FMS Analyst will work closely with Government leadership, Case Managers, Program Managers, and Security Cooperation team members to support planning, execution, and reporting activities for FMS casework and related programs. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, internationally focused acquisition environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the development of cost estimates, funding plans, and schedules for FMS cases.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to FMS Case Management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and other deliverables for senior leadership and foreign customers.
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate FMS requirements with domestic personnel in support of contracts and ECPs.
- Sanitize documentation being released to the RAAF, to include technical publications.
- Track status of deliverables.
- Lead bi-weekly status meeting with RAAF.
