Forward Deployed Engineer

Build and ship product and platform features across the stack, including data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces. Develop AI- and LLM-powered tooling, partner with markets, advisory, and research stakeholders, own features from prototyping through production, and help shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product and platform features across the stack.
• Build AI-native tooling by integrating LLMs and agents into workflows.
• Automate manual processes and turn market and research data into usable intelligence.
• Embed with markets, advisory, and research teams to scope problems.
• Translate business needs into reliable, well-instrumented systems.
• Own features end-to-end from prototyping through production.
• Maintain performance, correctness, and reliability.
• Help shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling.

Requirements

• Own software systems end-to-end and work comfortably across the full stack.
• Build and deploy AI- and LLM-powered features using prompt design, retrieval, agents, or model APIs.
• Build working software quickly while maintaining quality.
• Communicate clearly with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Interest in financial markets, trading, or institutional infrastructure is a strong plus.
