Role Summary
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer / Palantir Foundry Engineer to join our team and drive transformational change in the Information Technology industry. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives, build world-class systems, and help shape the future of our engineering organization.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year technical strategy across the engineering organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and establish engineering standards across various teams to enhance productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to influence the product roadmap and assess technical feasibility for upcoming projects.
- Spearhead major technical initiatives, including platform modernization, scalability projects, and system migrations, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through effective hiring, mentoring, and process optimization methodologies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and technical advisory boards, promoting our innovations and technical capabilities.
