Key Contributions

• Produce simple, maintainable outputs, such as code, documentation, and artifacts, with basic validation processes in place.
• Troubleshoot and fix low-complexity issues; promptly escalate blockers with concise context to ensure smooth project flow.
• Adhere to branch strategy, file conventions, and checklists to maintain reproducibility and consistency in your work.
• Participate actively in daily and weekly updates, capturing notes and links for future reference and team learning.

• Apply the team’s acceptance criteria and “definition of done” to all tasks undertaken.
• Keep changes small, well-reviewed, and traceable; write clear and informative commit messages for the team.
• Utilize async-first updates if working in a remote or hybrid setting, summarizing outcomes, next steps, and any requests for assistance.
• Engage in quick desk reviews and stand-up meetings to unblock tasks early when onsite.
