Own the end-to-end delivery of major projects for strategic customers by designing technical architectures and product features, building full-scale integrations, and solving complex technical challenges with customer engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
• Collaborate with customer engineers and executives to ensure effective use of ElevenLabs technologies
• Use coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems
• Design technical architectures and product features
• Build full-scale integrations

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong software development knowledge
• Deep understanding of software development
• Deep understanding of software architecture
• Deep understanding of API integration
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge
• Ability to pursue optimal solutions using logic
