Forward Deployed Engineer Software Engineer

Design tailored technical solutions for strategic customers, define technical architectures and product features, build full-scale integrations, and solve complex customer problems through coding and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
• Work hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions
• Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams
• Help customers make effective use of ElevenLabs technologies
• Use coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems

Requirements

• Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong software development knowledge
• Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and pursue optimal solutions
• Ability to commute to Madrid approximately three times per week
