The role

• Own the AI layer end to end: architecture, LLM integration, agent workflows, evaluation, production.
• Work directly with the founders; set the technical direction the future team inherits.
• Ship fast, measure honestly, document what you build.

Your profile

• You have shipped LLM-based features to real users in production — not demos.
• Strong software engineering foundation; fluent in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Pragmatic about models and providers: evaluate, measure, swap.
• Based in Berlin or ready to be; English is the working language.
