FP&A Graduate
Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis; maintain financial models, gather accurate data, prepare management presentations and business cases, assist with closing processes, and improve FP&A procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
- Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Contribute to financial models and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate financial data.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Support business cases for new initiatives and investments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Contribute to improvements in FP&A processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts.
- Interest in fintech, crypto, and financial services.
- No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects are a plus.
