FP&A Lead
Report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the FP&A agenda as Finary's most senior finance hire. Build the driver-based financial model, establish finance cadence, manage cash flow, develop unit-economics instrumentation, partner with business leaders, and lay the foundations of the finance function.
Responsibilities
- Own the budget and rolling reforecast with a driver-based 3-statement model
- Set the finance cadence, including monthly close-to-report and 13-week cash flow management
- Build CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution-margin instrumentation by product
- Maintain dashboards reviewed weekly by squads and business leads
- Partner with Product, PMs, GMs, and business leads on financial decisions
- Define finance tooling, methodology, and future hiring plans
Requirements
- Personally built a driver-based 3-statement model and budget/reforecast
- Led or served as the most senior FP&A owner of the full agenda and cadence
- Owned FP&A through complete close and leadership-reporting cycles
- Built CAC, LTV, and payback metrics for a subscription or multi-product business
- Partnered directly with company leadership and cross-functional leads
- Comfortable using SQL or BigQuery to pull data
- Has shipped AI-assisted finance workflows used by others
- Regulated fintech or payment-institution exposure is beneficial
- Experience with dbt, Looker, or Pigment is beneficial
- Experience building fundraising or due-diligence data rooms is beneficial
- Early finance hiring or function-building experience is beneficial
