Fraud/ML Engineer

Build systems that ensure only authentic, high-signal human data passes through a platform processing millions of files daily, including AI-generated content detection, reverse image search, duplicate fingerprinting, copyright risk detection, metadata tampering detection, fraud clustering, and human verification pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-generated image and video detection systems
• Build reverse image search and internet plagiarism rejection tools
• Implement duplicate fingerprinting using vector and perceptual hashing
• Build copyright risk detection systems
• Detect EXIF and metadata tampering
• Build fraud network and device clustering systems
• Build human-in-the-loop verification pipelines

Requirements

• 3+ years in computer vision or machine learning using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Production machine learning deployment experience
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills
• Experience with vector search using FAISS, pgvector, or Pinecone
• Image processing experience with OpenCV and PIL
• Comfort shipping backend systems with TypeScript, Deno, or similar
