Fraud Risk Manager
Our client is a leading Hong Kong based financial services group listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, serving the needs of customers throughout Greater China and beyond, with the operation one of the largest branch networks in Hong Kong. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate banking, personal banking, wealth management, and investment services to its customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major markets around the world. She is looking for a high-calibre Fraud Risk Manager to join her team
Responsibilities:
- To assist Senior Fraud Management Manager in the Implementation of the fraud management initiatives aligning with business strategies which cover fraud detection and prevention for all retail lending products including new acquisition and product usage in various channels
- To keep close monitoring to the latest fraud trend and ensure effective fraud prevention and detection tools being in place to mitigate Bank's exposure to the potential fraud losses
- To ensure all procedures are in compliance with all the policies, rules and guidelines required by the bank and regulators
- To collaborate and foresee with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve project goal and deliver the new initiatives
- To handle fraud related customer's complaints and enquiries from the regulators
- To handle any ad-hoc tasks given by senior management
Requirements:
- Degree in finance, business or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years experience in banking sector
- Experienced in Fraud Management or Law Enforcement agencies will be an advantage
- Solid managerial experience and good people management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAS is preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
