About the Role
Join a growing BIM team supporting real U.S. construction projects.
We are looking for an Electrical BIM Specialist with strong hands-on Revit production experience. This opportunity is designed for professionals who actively model electrical systems on a daily basis, not coordinators, managers, reviewers, or team leads whose primary focus is overseeing the work of others.
This is a full-time freelance (vendor) position focused on immediate project delivery. We are looking for professionals who can contribute from the start with minimal training and strong technical production capabilities.
Core Requirements (Must Have)
English Communication
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Ability to communicate confidently during meetings, coordination calls, technical discussions, and written communication.
Revit Electrical Modeling
Strong hands-on experience modeling electrical systems in Revit.
Experience with:
Conduits
Cable Trays
Lighting Systems
Branch Circuits
Power Distribution
Panels
Low-Voltage Systems
Experience using parameters, filters, schedules, and documentation workflows.
Revit Drawings
Strong Revit production and drawing creation skills.
Experience managing:
View Templates
Documentation Standards
Sheet Setup
Construction Drawings
Schedules and Tags
Complex Drawing Packages
Navisworks Coordination
Ability to coordinate their own work using Navisworks.
Experience with:
Clash Detection
Issue Tracking
Coordination Workflows
Coordination Reporting
LOD 400 (Required)
Proven experience delivering LOD 400 installation-ready or fabrication-oriented electrical models.
Candidates whose experience is limited to LOD 300 or LOD 350 coordination models are unlikely to be a fit.
U.S. Standards Experience
Experience working on U.S.-based projects is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with NEC standards is highly valued.
Availability
Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
Ability to work within Americas time zones.
Availability to start in the short term.
Equipment
Own workstation capable of supporting BIM production workflows.
Stable internet connection for remote collaboration.

Please note that interviews conducted without supporting work samples are more difficult to validate and may limit the evaluation process.
