Role Overview
We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters across Saudi Arabia.
This is a commission-based freelance opportunity with very high earning potential, ideal for recruiters who already have strong sourcing networks and proven experience in large-volume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct mass recruitment of blue-collar workers for Saudi Arabia-based projects.
-Handle high-volume hiring within tight timelines.
-Screen candidates based on client requirements (skills, experience, trade tests, documentation).
-Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-Ensure candidates meet Saudi labor, visa, and mobilization requirements.
-Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate pipelines.
Required Experience & Qualifications
-Proven experience in mass hiring of blue-collar workers.
-Prior recruitment experience for Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
-Strong recruitment network in one or more source countries.
-Ability to handle large volumes (50–500+ candidates per project).
-Familiarity with Saudi recruitment processes, visas, and compliance.
-Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Freelance recruiters, agencies, or manpower consultants are welcome.
