Front-end Developer

Build and maintain Unlock's front-end applications with React, Styled-components, and open-source libraries. Write tests and documentation, refactor code, collaborate on features and developer endpoints, and review code.

Responsibilities

• Write open-source code for front-end applications
• Write tests
• Write documentation
• Refactor existing code
• Collaborate with the Developer Evangelist on features and endpoints for third-party developers
• Review code and provide feedback to internal and third-party developers

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an individual contributor software developer
• Production-grade code including tests and documentation
• Extensive JavaScript experience across front-end and backend
• User experience design and visual design skills
• Experience with blockchain, NFTs, Ethereum, or web3
• Independence and proactivity
• Ability to quickly learn and teach technologies and frameworks
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience maintaining open-source libraries and frameworks is a plus
