Front-End Engineer (MID/SENIOR)
Own and deliver client-facing features from ideation through implementation and rollout. Mentor and support engineers, improve solution architecture and product direction, collaborate on data capture for A/B testing and insights, and help make pragmatic technical and product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver client-facing features from ideation through rollout
- Mentor and support other engineers
- Evangelize high-quality software engineering practices
- Identify and define improvements to solution architecture and product
- Work with data scientists on data capture for A/B testing and product insights
- Participate in establishing the underlying technology
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Exposure to architectural patterns for high-scale web applications, including server-driven UI, APIs, SOA, or GraphQL
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, and Cypress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project scoping and project management skills
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: advanced analytical thinking and experience making product decisions based on data and A/B testing
