Frontend Business Lead

Own frontend delivery across core business areas, lead technical design for trading, wallet, payment, AI-powered trading, and KYC/AML experiences, and set engineering standards. Guide frontend hiring and development, manage technical risk, align the technology stack, and communicate technical and business decisions across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend team across Trading and Payment business verticals.
• Lead frontend hiring, development, and pipeline building.
• Partner with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance on cross-functional outcomes.
• Lead technical design and delivery for trading, wallet, asset management, AI-powered trading, payment gateway, and KYC/AML frontend features.
• Balance business metrics, user experience, speed, and quality.
• Integrate AI into product decisions and design.
• Drive technology stack alignment and evolution.
• Identify and address technical risk.
• Establish engineering quality standards for crypto security, frontend attack prevention, and compliance auditing.
• Communicate technical value and business judgment to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership.
• Participate in industry engagements to attract crypto-focused talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth.
• Deep knowledge of React or Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, and cross-platform solutions.
• Backend and API fluency.
• Experience leading frontend products with DAU of 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments.
• Experience driving cross-team collaboration and standards adoption through technical influence.
• Understanding of CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallets and signing mechanisms, and payment gateway ecosystems.
• Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products.
• Familiarity with ethers.js, wagmi, viem, WalletConnect, and EVM contract interactions.
• Global product experience with multi-language, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements.
• Understanding of AI-driven product design and AI Spec-Driven Development.
• Ability to model complex problems, define system abstractions, and evaluate AI outputs.
• Fluent English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration.
