Frontend Senior Manager
Lead frontend technical strategy and architecture for web, app, and H5 platforms; oversee core trading and financial modules, security and regulatory compliance, team development, cross-functional collaboration, and frontend project and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Formulate frontend technical strategy, architecture plans, and technology roadmaps.
- Lead frontend architecture, framework, stack, and development-standard decisions.
- Oversee frontend development lifecycle across web, app, and H5 platforms.
- Supervise trading, order, fund management, user-center, market, and risk-control modules.
- Manage frontend performance, maintenance, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate CI/CD and frontend deployment automation with DevOps.
- Establish frontend security standards and lead audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
- Ensure compliance with FATF, MiCA, local regulations, and app-store rules.
- Build, manage, and develop the frontend engineering team, including OKRs and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with product, backend, UI/UX, compliance, risk, operations, and external technical partners.
- Manage frontend projects, budgets, resources, risks, progress, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of frontend development and management experience, including 5+ years managing senior frontend teams.
- Experience in fintech, digital currency, payments, or large-scale financial internet organizations preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale, high-concurrency, multi-terminal frontend systems.
- Proficiency with Vue3 or React and TypeScript.
- Practical cross-platform development experience with Flutter or React Native.
- Excellent frontend architecture design and performance optimization capabilities.
- Knowledge of XSS, CSRF, data encryption, sensitive-information desensitization, and security compliance.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and alerting; proficiency with Webpack, Vite, Docker, Jenkins, and Prometheus.
- Knowledge of spot trading, derivative trading, fund recharge and withdrawal, and transaction settlement.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, resource integration, technical learning, and communication skills.
- Fluent oral and written Chinese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- PMP or Frontend Engineer Certification preferred.
