FSE Department Manager

Our client is currently hiring for the position of FSE Department Manager.

Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to expand market presence.

. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.

. Oversee the execution of commercial kitchen and food service equipment projects from planning to completion.

. Manage project budgets, timelines, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.

. Ensure profitability and operational efficiency of the department.

. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales, project, and technical teams.

. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and departmental performance reports.

. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product availability and technical compliance.

. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and after-sales support.

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
