Fulfillment Technician

Summary/Objective

Serves customers and company by fulfilling orders, preparing them for shipment and maintaining an accurate vault inventory. Daily demands are met through reliable communication and teamwork with logistics, security, and sales teams.

Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate vault inventory across internal ERP software, state seed-to-sale software and e-commerce menu
  • Daily intake of newly packaged vault products
  • Daily reconciliation of vault inventory on all platforms
• Fulfill orders for customers
  • Pack Orders
  • Create and log compliant Metrc tags for each package in accordance with METRC, the state's seed-to-sale tracking platform
  • Log orders into internal ERP software
  • Facilitate change orders and adjust information on all relevant platforms
  • Prepare packages for delivery team
• Daily communication with sales team, security team, packaging team and delivery team.
• Facilitate on-time deliveries to customers by taking ownership of the process
• Ensure that all sales transactions are compliant with applicable Ohio laws
• Interface with Operations Manager on a daily basis
