Job Summary
You will design and build scalable, reliable software systems with a focus on full-stack development and AI engineering, including LLM applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maintainable, high-quality solutions that meet modern accessibility and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable software systems to meet client and business needs
- Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Troubleshoot and debug complex system behaviors and logs to ensure reliability
- Build LLM workflows using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, structured outputs, agents, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Develop evaluation pipelines using golden datasets, regression tests, deterministic evaluators, and LLM-as-a-judge methods
- Implement observability, monitoring, guardrails, fallbacks, and validation to maintain reliable AI systems
- Balance model quality, latency, reliability, maintainability, and cost in AI solutions
- Maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation to support agile engineering practices
- Communicate technical trade-offs and quality standards clearly to diverse stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and Bash scripting
- Passion for building inclusive technology and applying digital accessibility standards
- Experience writing code compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and AA
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack
- Willingness to learn digital accessibility regulations and best practices
