Full Stack Developer
As a Full Stack Developer, you will plan, design, develop, and test advanced data processing systems and dashboards within the CMS Agile XLC framework. Perform application enhancements and build new products in all layers of the application such as UI, Web Server, Application Server, Cloud Host, Database, Reporting, DevOps, and Application Monitoring using JEE, JBoss, Ruby on Rails, MarkLogic, Red Hat, AWS, Edifecs, and other EDI and data analytical products. Work in close collaboration with the Scrum Team to ensure compliance with proposed architecture and industry development standards and best practices. Perform code reviews and present at PDRs and DDRs. Support development of technical documentation. Support IT program requirements and metrics development, definition, data quality assessment, and strategic analysis. Collect and analyze data to produce forecasts, assessments, recommendations, and reports. Provides risk management support and metrics. Participate in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of applications.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Java, OOP, J2EE, and microservice design fundamentals
- Experienced with Agile scrum delivery model
- Strong knowledge of multithreading and design patterns
- Experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus
- Building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with integration frameworks, such as Apache Camel
- Experience with any messaging systems, such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS
- Proficiency working with JSON, XML, and XSD schemas
- Experience with any relational and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, or RDS
- Familiarity with Docker; basic understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven)
- Comfortable working in Linux environments
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito or similar
- Familiarity with Postman or SOAP UI or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Bonus points if you have:
- Basic Python scripting for automation or AWS tasks
- Exposure to JavaScript for frontend or full‑stack work
