Our client is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Go + React) to join a fast-growing product company building a comprehensive platform for small businesses worldwide.
The platform serves millions of entrepreneurs across 180 countries and helps business owners manage key aspects of their operations, including branding, compliance, legal, and financial services. The company has evolved from a single-product startup into a multi-product ecosystem with dozens of customer-facing solutions used by hundreds of thousands of paying customers.
This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale, customer-facing products, influence technical direction, and take full ownership of features from design through production. Key Requirements:
🔹 7+ years of commercial software development experience;
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang);
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with React;
🔹 Proven experience designing and building scalable, customer-facing products;
🔹 Experience owning features end-to-end, from planning and implementation to monitoring in production;
🔹 Product mindset with a focus on user experience and business impact;
🔹 Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-moving environment;
🔹 Experience working in startup or high-growth product companies;
🔹 Strong understanding of modern development practices and software engineering principles;
🔹 Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and ability to review, validate, and own AI-generated code;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will be plus:
🔹 Experience working in successful startup environments;
🔹 Experience building products used by large numbers of customers;
🔹 Exposure to Ruby on Rails and/or Ember.js;
🔹 Computer Science degree or equivalent technical education;
🔹 Experience contributing to architectural decisions across multiple services or domains;
🔹 Long-term product ownership experience, including scaling and evolution of existing systems;
What you will do:
🔹 Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Go and React;
🔹 Take ownership of features throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to production;
🔹 Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions;
🔹 Build reliable, high-quality customer-facing functionality;
🔹 Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders;
🔹 Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability;
🔹 Monitor production systems and proactively resolve issues;
🔹 Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code where applicable;
🔹 Contribute to technical decisions and help elevate engineering standards across the team;
🔹 Identify opportunities for improvements and leave systems better than you found them;
