Tabiq is a real estate technology platform that assists real estate professionals in organizing their operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical side of the current Tabiq platform and continue its development, including integration with governmental entities, developing new features, enhancing security and reliability, and improving platform performance and user experience.

The developer will work directly with the platform's founder.

Skills

Responsibilities

• Integrate with Nafath for user login, linking current user accounts without data loss.
• Integrate with General Authority for Real Estate application programming interface to verify FAL licenses, along with periodic maintenance and complete logging of verification operations.
• Create a testing environment for the platform, separating the Staging environment from the Production environment.
• Develop backup and data recovery solutions.
• Migrate the platform's hosting to within the kingdom as needed, while adhering to data protection policies.
• Add SMS or Push Notifications to alert users outside the platform.
• Enable login using a one-time verification code OTP.
• Allow users to export or delete their data in compliance with data protection requirements.
• Develop and expand the administration control panel.
• Add expiration notifications for offers and reminders for renewals.
• Improve the bidding system between requests and offers and detect duplicate data.
• Enhance platform speed and performance and user experience on mobile.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and launching technology products used by active clients.
• Strong experience in React, Next.js App Router, and TypeScript.
• Advanced experience in PostgreSQL, including writing Functions and Triggers.
• Strong understanding of Row Level Security (RLS) and managing access permissions to data.
• Experience with Supabase or similar backend platforms.
• Ability to develop high-quality Arabic user interfaces that fully support RTL.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity practices in application development, including managing keys and secrets, permissions control, and preventing data leaks.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and options clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of the product technically and work independently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience integrating with Nafath or any Saudi governmental API.
• Familiarity with regulations and legislation from General Authority for Real Estate or previous experience in the real estate sector.
• Experience with Saudi payment gateways like Moyasar or Tap.
• Experience using artificial intelligence to extract and transform unstructured data into structured data.
