Full-Stack Engineer (Back-End Leaning)
Build and maintain platform functionality on voice models used by millions of users, improve products and integrations, strengthen internal infrastructure, and collaborate with Frontend, Growth, and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform functionality on top of voice models
- Improve products and add significant functionality or integrations
- Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure for scalability, performance, availability, and security
- Collaborate with Frontend, Growth, and Sales teams to understand customer needs and design solutions
Requirements
- Expertise in Python
- Strong background in backend development
- Familiarity with software and system design patterns
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures
- Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems through projects or GitHub contributions
- Experience with Kubernetes is a bonus
- Experience with Stripe or other payment processing providers is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of AI models is a bonus
