Full Stack Engineer Blockchain
Design and build backend services for high-volume on-chain transaction flows across EVM and non-EVM networks. Develop APIs, integrate DeFi protocols and blockchain nodes, research emerging technologies, optimize production systems, and deliver features from architecture through scalable deployment while collaborating across technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services for multi-chain transaction flows
- Develop backend components and APIs end to end
- Integrate DeFi protocols, on-chain data sources, and blockchain nodes
- Research blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with product, protocol research, and platform engineering teams
- Drive features from inception through scalable delivery
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of blockchain transaction lifecycles, consensus mechanisms, smart contract interactions, and on-chain data
- Experience with EVM-compatible and non-EVM blockchain ecosystems
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience designing and operating production microservices
- Experience with CI/CD environments
- Knowledge of security principles and cryptography
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols
- Experience with Web3 tooling and libraries
- Experience delivering products at scale
- Full stack experience with React is a plus
