Full Stack Engineer / Junior Software Developer

An IT and application company is looking for a junior and executive experienced Full Stack Engineer, a versatile software developer skilled in both front-end and back-end application development.

Here's a brief overview of what the job entails:

1. Remote work, responsible for the entire process of project architecture design and functional module development, with the ability to break down tasks based on project requirements.

2. Participate in system development planning, code writing, code review, requirement analysis, defect tracking, and quality control activities.

3. Participate in backend API development; familiarity with Java microservice architecture is required.

4. Continuously optimize code quality to enhance system performance and stability.

5. Proficient in mobile front-end technologies and familiar with front-end framework design.

6. Supporting in system maintenance (training provided by colleagues based in China).

7. Designed and implemented AI agent workflows using LLMs to automate customer support and internal business processes. Integrated AI agents with APIs, databases, and productivity tools, developed prompts, tested workflows, and optimized performance to improve efficiency and user experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics and Information, or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in system development, proficient in using Java, Spring, MySQL, and Vue (or Bootstrap).

3. Proficient in Java and object-oriented design principles, with a solid understanding of JVM fundamentals.

4. Skilled in commonly used front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.js, and experience with mainstream development frameworks like React or Vue.js.

5. Familiar with commonly used databases such as MySQL, with proficiency in SQL for database queries and basic database operations.

6. Speak in Mandarin, familiarity with WeChat for information exchange, and English for translation work are essential. You will be expected to communicate and work closely with colleagues based in China.
