Full-Stack Security and Smart Systems Specialist
A professional with expertise in both sales and technical installation is sought for a specialized role in the field of security cameras and smart systems. This position is located in Buraidah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on providing comprehensive solutions for residential and office environments.
Responsibilities include client engagement, solution assessment, and project delivery, ensuring high-quality service and technical support.
Skills
1. Technical Skills (Most Important)
- Installation and programming of surveillance cameras (IP and Analog) professionally
- Interacting with NVR and DVR recording devices and configuring them
- Good knowledge of common brands (Hikvision – Dahua – Uniview – Axis)
- Installation of access control systems and smart locks
- Smart home systems (lighting, curtains, air conditioning, sensors, locks)
- Networking basics: PoE, IP addresses, Port Forwarding, router configurations
- Reading electrical and technical schematics
- Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly on-site
- Using measurement and installation tools (multimeter, crimper, networking tools...)
2. Sales and Communication Skills
- Ability to conduct field sales and close deals
- Understanding client needs and converting them into suitable solutions
- Preparing clear and convincing price proposals
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Professional and courteous client communication
- Following up with clients post-sale and building long-term relationships

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
