Coventry Group is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to help shape the future of our digital customer experience across Australia and New Zealand.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Group IT team and play a key role in building, improving and supporting the digital platforms that connect our customers with our brands. From enhancing eCommerce experiences to developing new digital solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing ASX-listed organisation.
Reporting to the Manager Digital and Data Delivery, you will work closely with the CIO, Digital team and business stakeholders to turn ideas and opportunities into practical, high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and enhance websites, eCommerce platforms and digital applications that support our customers and business teams.
Build engaging, responsive front-end experiences using React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Develop and support eCommerce solutions across platforms including Adobe Magento 2, BigCommerce and WooCommerce.
Deliver integrations between digital platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business systems.
Improve website performance, reliability, security and customer experience through continuous improvement.
Apply modern development practices including Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver innovative digital solutions.

You will bring:
Strong experience developing websites and eCommerce solutions.
Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Experience supporting platforms such as Magento 2 and other eCommerce technologies.
Experience with APIs, integrations and modern software development practices.
A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
