Full Stack Web Developer / Team Lead (WordPress / Shopify / HubSpot / Headless)

We're an established full-service digital agency in Brisbane working across digital marketing, transformation, and eCommerce. Our dev team builds high-performing WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and headless sites that integrate tightly with client CRMs.

The Role

We're looking for a technically strong, experienced Full Stack Website Developer to join our Brisbane team. You'll build and optimise custom sites across WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot, and grow into API-driven, headless builds.

Headless experience is a bonus. Solid API ability is mandatory.

What You'll Do

• Build custom WordPress / HubSpot sites (Gutenberg / ACF / Bootstrap)

• Work on Shopify builds and integrations

• Create and connect APIs (CRMs, booking portals, custom endpoints)

• Lead a team of 5 developers alongside a Project Manager

• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams

• Research and apply new web tech, including AI and headless frameworks

Your Skills

• 5+ years in custom web builds

• Strong HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (Vue / Nuxt / React / Angular)

• Understanding of SEO and Lighthouse performance

• Strong front-end attention to detail

• Shopify experience a plus

• Interest in headless / Next.js and modern headless CMS highly valued
