About the Position:

We are seeking a professional and reliable Corporate Security Officer to provide coverage at a commercial property in White Plains, NY. This role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset to maintain a safe and secure corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property

• Monitor building access control systems and verify credentials

• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols

• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies

• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports

• Provide assistance and direction to tenants, employees, and visitors

• Enforce property policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License required

• Prior corporate or commercial security experience required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Reliable transportation
